The first Initiate of the Lodge to become Worshipful Master was W. Bro. Harold. G. Lawrence (Right) having been initiated on 3rd November 1948, and becoming Worshipful Master in October 1958 the first Master of the Lodge. In 1986 W. Bro H. G. Lawrence, the first Initiate to become Worshipful Master, was appointed to the United Grand Lodge of England with the rank of Past Assistant Director of Ceremonies. W. Bro. H. G. Lawrence P.A.G.D.C., P.Pr.J.G.W. went on to occupy the office of Treasurer for many years ... It is my wish and hope to attend the lodge in 2008, as I will on November 3rd 2008. celebrate my sixty years membership.
